You complain about 20$ like you have no reliable signal! If you dont want to use Tmos hotspots, you dont have too, thats the thing. I believe just using na open WiFi is like $5 a month. Dont let the adverts fool you - sure they want to the $20, but it gets you a whole lot more than just UMA.
