Sprint needs to get a handle on this new Treo because they are alweays behind when it comes to new pda phones. Cingular is running circles around them with the PDA phones. Also when they do come out with something new it's always so high that you can't afford it for 6 months. They never offer their long time customers any kind of REAL DISCOUNTS. I understand why their customers go elsewhere for service. Sprint is always in last place when it comes to getting the new product out or dropping the price on new devises. This is probably why Cingular and Verizon always get first dibs on the new pda merchadise.

Please get rid of your marketing team and find new enthusiastic members to put the company over the top with new and affordable pda phones! DROP YOUR PRICES!
