Just as all of you
Chocolate lovers are updating your phones with the latest software to enable speakerphone, LG and Verizon Wireless have something new up their sleeves. It's not an entirely new Chocolate, or even the
VX8600 flip we've been anticipating -- the success of LG VX8500 in the current black color has prompted LG to rethink their current lineup and want to be "
Moto-esque" with a re-release of the phone in white. The word on the street is that we are looking for this to be released for before the Thanksgiving promo, giving all of you current Chocolate owners plenty of time to save your cash.

I've owned the phone for slightly more then a month now and love it. It's by far one of the easiest phones to use in the Verizon stable right now. My brother has the Moto E815, and while that was my choice when it came for my NE2 discount, it was mighty old by that time and I was wanting something a little newer.
The touch controls take a bit of getting used to, but you can also adjust them accordingly to your tolerance.
Another huge plus is does not have the standard VZW GUI but rather runs on a form of flash.
It's a buy if you ask me.

This isn't new... When I bought my new Moto A1200 imported in some shop in Chicago. They had the GSM version of the black and white chocolate. It's pretty cool looking. Not worth the price they had one it though, 450 bucks.

wow, that's hideous!!! i liked the black GSM version as a opposed to verizon's black one. i would have thought they've seemed to have made the white one even uglier.
GSM white chocolate looks a lot better

I don't know what all the hype is with this phone. I think it's overrated and ugly to boot. And the fact that LG made it confirms my thoughts on it.

The GSM Chocolate(imported, of course) does not support all of the GSM signal bands used in the U.S., which will certainly not help the already-ailing GSM coverage here. So buying that one is a mistake in the first place. The CDMA Chocolate's ease of use and wide variety of applications make it a hands-down choice for people who want the nicest phone they can lay hands on. And yes, b/f anyone asks, I do work for Verizon.

i love the color black, so i love my chocolate. not a big fan of the white color, so this phone isn't amazing me. and the red and green versions i have seen pics of aren't really amazing me either.

Do people who own this phone really like it? I tried it in the store and I seriously wanted to take a hammer to it after about 5 minutes. Does it grow on you?
Seriously, I am confused.
