Anyway, one day I was wondering about the mp3 ringtones as well, so I called customer service about the Dash. Customer Service explained to me that all you have to do is take the clips you have on your phone and COPY AND PASTE THEM to your SOUNDS FILE which is located in MY DEVICE. So first locate the file you want to assign as a ringtone and COPY this file. After doing so open FILE EXPLORER and right click(click on the key above the arroy pointing to the left) and scroll through the list of options until you get to MY DEVICE(at the bottom). Open MY DEVICE and select APPLICATION DATA, after opening this file you will see a list of other files. For example: HOME, MICROSOFT, PROFILES, SOUNDS, and VOLATILE. Open sounds and right click and scroll to the PASTE option. After you have done all of this the file you have selected will be added to the list of ringtones along with the default ringtones that came with the phone. To check if you have done it right just click start, go to settings and click sounds.. it should be with the other ringtones.

Now for those who want to have special ringers such as, having to girlfriend, mom, dad, brother and ect. as a ringtone you can do this as well. Just click start and scroll down to ACCESSORIES, in the ACCESSORIES file click voice recorder. Simply record your voice and when you are done right click on MENU and set it as a ringtone. The recordings are VERY CLEAR and damn near mp3 quality.
