Nokia 6030 hits T-Mobile
It took a good while, but Nokia's bottom-of-the-barrel 6030 candybar has finally found its way onto T-Mobile. We don't have much to say about the simple handset; T-Mobile's offering it on contract for a big, round goose egg, but by modern standards, we almost feel like "free" is too much to pay for a phone whose banner feature is its speakerphone. Now, if you'll excuse us, we need to go back to staring in awe at the N95's spec sheet.

dont dump on the 6030. It is a very nice basic phone for peeps who dont wan a camera/bluetooth/vidoe/music player/missle launcher. I was about to get this thing on cingular,as my contract is up in 16 days, and a very horrible v180 AND v220 experience as my first phone(s). This one was looking very tempting as I was about to say "screw you camera", but when I walked into a cingy sore, I saw a LG cu500 and fell in love with it's 3G goodness, so THAT will be my next phone, but my heart will always be with the 6030 as it is the underdog. go, little guy, go!!

If it's anything like its older brother the 6010, it's going to be the best reception phone in T-Mobile's lineup.

The 6010 was amazing, yeah it had no features but as a phone plain and simple its the best I've used. Great voice quality, great reception, it was kinda large though.
