Its because the 6280 has been called "the most problematic phone ever released by nokia" I bought one when I was living in greece and have had so many problems with it I swear Ill never buy a nokia again. After 8 months its practically unusable and now im living back in New Zealand nokias only response is that they only support phones purchased in New Zealand.
