Ok, personalization of soft keys you say is lacking?? ITS A SAMSUNG. How many samsungs have you EVER owned that let you do that. If you hate wasting your time and its really that universally devastating to not be able to customize the soft keys, go back to using your motorola's. The 2 year old RAZR MUST be better if you can change the soft keys right?? Oh yea, and one more thing, i can see more than 2 contacts at a time on my phone... you complain about such minor things for a 0.3 inch music playing, good picture taking, MOTO SLVR KILLING phone.
