I picked mine up on the 13th! It's nice. Really small and shiny. The 2 instruction books are a bit thin with regard to some of the probably less used features (i.e. neither book instructs how to program the voice dialing) and there is no case included or available for purchase. But it's a Blackberry and very easily transfered over my 4 e-mail addresses.
I'm not bothered by the SureType. In fact, I prefer having the bigger keys over a QWERTY keyboard with the tiny keys. I guess it's a matter of preference.
The trackball is taking some getting used to as the scroll wheel became a very efficient way to get thru the menus quickly for me.
