According to rumor, Cingular will begin offering this same device in October. It will also supposedly release a Palm OS version at that same time.

p.s. I'm working under the theory that only the Vodafone version of this smartphone wil be called the 750v. All of them will be part of the 750 series, but other versions will have other letters attached.
