Man, Qualcomm can be such an arse. :( First they get some money for licensing, next they sue you using that money they just got from you. *ironic* Nice, really nice.

Hmm... I guess black market sales of Nokia phones will be a winner in all of this, if Qual(Anti)comm wins the case.
