FYI "SO" is the prefix that DoCoMo uses for Sony.
D = Mitsubishi (which means "3 Diamonds," hence "D")
P = Panasonic
SH = Sharp
N = NEC
NM = Nokia
F = Fujitsu
etc.
Less than half of the people owning these phones actually know who made it.
