I previously have used the samsung D600 and have just recently upgraded to the samsung D900, its awesome. The call volume is completely fine, the plastic cover that protects the screen also covers the speaker so without removing it, it's very hard to hear but once removed the sound quality has no problem at all. Depending what you want to move to your memory card it is fairly easy to move an item. The most common item to move to your memory card is probably a mp3. first go to the file named "music" in your file manager. Second, select the song in which you would like to move to your memory card and than finally under "options" in the selected song there is an option to both move to card or one to copy to card. I love the phone, its sweet.
