If you look closely, there are outlines stenciled around two keys, possibly indicating that in dial mode, you can hit either key to produce the same number. The link doesn't specify.  I am disappointed that it doesn't utilize the Q's blackberry-esque scroll wheel. The Q feels like a toy and the blackberry feels like a industrial device.  The i320N is the perfect email/PDA/phone solution.<br><br>Nice short review I found.
