I just got a phone at the end of May 2006, I have 30 days to return & exchange - what happens if I buy a phone off of the internet? Am I out the cost of the phone I just bought? I am debating between both of these phones - amazing they could be coming out in the same week.
Will all cingular stores carry both models released at the same time? If not, how do I find them?

If you mean the pro's and con's of each phone above (the Blackberry and the RAZR) then it really depends on what kind of things you will be doing with it. It's fairly obvious that the Blackberry should be used as a buisness centric device while the V3i as a fashion phone.

I know that the exchange phone refers to sending your old one back and getting a refurb model which is (like) new. If you've already signed your contract, I'm pretty sure you're stuck on it, i.e. you can either terminate it and pay the fee or wait for an agonizinly long time. I am not entirely sure, though.

Finally, Cingular could release the phones as an online only deal, until further noitice, or they could release them in the store, which is what I'm assuming you're hoping for.
