Lawrence, Kansas is where the Wakarusa music festival is held. And they are crazy there. Because the people putting on the festival didn't own that land, the police were able to just come on it and bust everyone using drugs. They were using hidden microphones, night vision, etc. I hope that Wakarusa doesn't expect a big turn out this year because after last year, most people aren't planning on going back. Bonnaroo (Manchester, TN) is the place to be. So, this city is just all around crazy-balls.
