T-Mobile launches three exclusive colored PEBLs

T-Mobile today launched three new exclusive colored versions of the Motorola PEBL phone, which were announced earlier this year. Seems T-Mobile wasn't sold on Motorola's pink version of the phone though, as they've nixed it, opting instead for just blue, orange, and green in addition to basic black. The phone comes loaded with Bluetooth, a VGA camera, voice recognition, and quad-band technology.

Let's not forget the that these phones are for women/girls. My wife really likes the blue & green one. (I find them to look like Easter eggs & find the "high tech" keypad out of sync w/ the overall look).

So do these have Edge? I keep hearing conflicting stories about whether that was disabled in these phones or not.
I acutally ordered the blue one for my wife on Monday so I will test it out for myself. I wouldn't mind carrying the black one. It looks pretty manly right? :)

As an employee of t-mobile i can confirm that the PEBL does not have edge capability it is strictly GPRS. As for the comment about them being "girl phones" are you nuts? thats like me saying all you men that drive cars are girls. real men drive trucks. come on, live in the real world. i have personally sold quite a few of these colored PEBL's to men as well as teh magenta razr. Real men dont care what others think of them, little boys do
