I agree with this idea. I wish that the other governments around the world takes this matter more seriously. Every month, a lot of mobile phones are sold around the world. For example, more than 33 million new GSM handsets (http://www.southasiabiz.com/2006/05/huawei_planning_huge_investmen.html ) are going to be sold this year in the Indian market.
