Nokia's E61 QWERTY phone scores FCC approval

Plenty has been said about Nokia's E61 and its various Blackberry or Treo-killing endeavors, but what we'd really like to know is when it's coming stateside so we can see for ourselves. Well the QWERTY smartphone just got a go-ahead from the FCC, in all its 3G and S60 Symbian glory, so hopefully it'll be making its way here soon. Congratulations E61, you're now one step closer to the US and your destiny of overdramatized showdowns and stretched-thin battle metaphors.
