Uh. I believe they've moved the directories around so, the correct url for the latest Qtek 9100 ROM (which will work on all HTC Wizard variants) is:

ftp://xda:xda@xda-developers.com/Wizard/Roms/Qtek/RUU_Prodigy_2080701_101_11310_Qtek_WWE_Test.exe
