Even though it may be a tad larger than the Tornado, the Tornado is a Smartphone.  This is a full-fledged Pocket PC with a 2.2" QVGA touchscreen. It's user interface is for PDAs not for smartphones. And the UI is designed for large screens with stylus. There is are very good reasons for two separate plaforms.
