the judge should definitely get on ntp's @sses for not settling this earlier - regardless of whether their patent was infringed or not - i think the public policy issue is really whats driving this case into the ground

there is NO way that rim is going to be forced to shut down a service that THOUSANDS of HUGE corporations in america use to live and breathe
