FCC gives the appro to Samsung's low-end SPH-A420 flip
It's about as low-end as it gets these days, but Samsung just got the go ahead from FCC on their CDMA SPH-A420
clamshell which looks to be targeted for the Sprint network. There's no external display for caller ID, just the 65k
color internal one, and there's no camera present either, but the phone should be plenty cheap if that's what you're
into.

that design is off of that N series flip Nokia, same curvey shape.
Samsung impresses me, but I hate the fact that they do subtely rip some designs.

That's been around for about a year and a half in China, so its design predates the N-series. If anything, the argument should run the other way.
