I can tell you from experience, that the handsets are NOT ready for full UMA usage. The handsets that I have used in testing from Samsung and Motorola can't even hand off between WiFi, and GSM....and then they reboot constantly. I saw one handset (Samsung) reboot itself for an entire hour of the meeting I was in...I hope Nokia gets thiers right!
