HP iPAQ hw6940 (finally) alive on HP's US site

We noticed the phone was up on their UK site yesterday, but now that 3GSM has rolled around, HP is letting us all into the hw6900 party with the HP iPAQ hw6940 Mobile Messenger that is now up on their US site. It's still bedecked in all of its previously spied Windows Mobile 5.0, EDGE, 802.11b, GPS, and USB 1.1 glory, but now we get to see it in its natural habitat with a "late Spring 2006" availability to keep it company.
